This family lived in Montana, although Marie Isobel was from the Bobtail Band of Bearhills now known as Hobbema, Alberta before it disbanded. The family re-located back to Hobbema which is where their descendats are, as well as Smallboy Camp, Alberta. Marie Isobel's father was the famed Alberta Cree Chief Alexis Bobtail and his mother was Catherine Cardinal.
