The daughter of O Fletcher (O.F.)and Alivilda Goddard, Lora was born in Iowa on February 16, 1882. She came to Montana October, 1883. Married William P Rixon on June 19, 1909. She taught music & art in Lewistown for a short time. William P Rixon, her husband, died April, 12, 1939 and was buried at Mountview Cemetery. She was living in California at the time of her death. She died in 1973 - See Lora Rixon, Billings Gazette May 1, 1973.
