He is listed in Sod 'n' Seed'n Tumbleweed, A History of the Huntley Project. He arrived in 1908 as a medical doctor and druggist. He helped organize the Huntley bank. He moved to Hardin 1914. By 1919 he was the County Health Officer out of Hardin, however, his office then was in the Stapleton Building. In 1927, as county health officer, he made a report to the Big Horn County Commissioners about contagious disease in the county.
