siding at 6:15 o1clock on the morning of Friday, the 9th instant. They will be removed from the coaches in accordance with a plan worked out by Second Officer La Rosa who will meet the train at Missoula and return with it to Fort Missoula Siding. 2. Upon arrival the crew baggage will be conveyed directly in CCC trucks to the fumigation rooms. Senior Patrol Inspector Beckstrom will arrange to. have an officer guard this baggage until fumigated. 3. If weather conditions permit the crewmen will be brought to the detention area afoot, the officers (about 10) in sedans. If weather conditions are unfavorable the crewmen will be brought to the barracks in CCC trucks, those awaiting conveyance to remain in the coaches. 4- Our officers who accompany the train will be requested to assist; per- mitting no crewman to depart from train until Chief Patrol Inspector McLaughlin has had an opportunity to check the crewmen by name with the officer in charge of the party. 5. Breakfast will be served ing their arrival. A check will be graph (assuming that photographs ar Inspector McLaughlin, Senior Patrol the Day. Thereafter a similar chec same officers and an 11 p.m. check, Inspector Beckstrom or officer desi crew officers and crewmen immediately follow-made during the breakfast by name and photo-e brought from Ellis Island) by Chief Patrol Inspector Beckstrom and the crew Officer of k will be made at breakfast and supper by the by count, will be made by Senior Patrol gnated by him, assisted by the crew Officer of the Day. Only those with passes signed by the undersigned, or during his absence by his assistant, Chief Patrol Inspector McLaughlin, will be permitted to enter or depart from the detention area. � 8. Three regular tours of duty are hereby established both for our officers and (with their consent) the crew officers, all of whom will be under the direct supervision of Senior Patrol Inspector Beckstrom. These tours of duty are as follows: Tour No. 1: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (relief for lunch) Tour No. 2: 4 p.m. to 12 nun.(no relief) Tour No;. 3: 12 m.n. to 8 a.m.(no relief) 9* On each tour of duty the following posts will be maintained. POST N0. 1: One officer afoot at the northeast corner of the detentici area at the 16- gate which will be the only entrance and exit permitted. POST N0� 2: One officer afoot at the southwest corner of the detention area, allowing no one to enter or depart from the south and west sides of the area, POST MO. 3: One officer in a scout car to make the rounds of the detention area not less frequently than every fifteen minutes.
